Basic Pet Grooming Certified Course
Course Duration - 4 weeks

*There will be a written and Practical Exam at the end of the training period. The Practical exam will test how proficient a student is in completing a basic grooming session (excluding a full haircut) on a dog within the time given.
This is a certified course and the student will receive a certificate only AFTER clearing the written and practical assessment at the end of the course.
Intermediate Salon Grooming Certified course
Duration - 8 weeks
Topics Included:
Different types of coats and procedures suitable for them
Understanding body & head types
Introduction to Clipper work
Introduction to Scissoring
Basic Salon style haircuts
Identifying breed groups according to AKC

*There will be a written and Practical Exam at the end of the training. The Practical exam will test how proficient a student is in completing a full grooming session (including a full haircut) on a dog within the time given.
This is a certified course and the student will receive a certificate only after clearing the written and practical assessment at the end of the course.
Advanced Salon Grooming Certified course
Duration - 12 weeks

Equipment use and maintenance
Different types of coats and procedures suitable for them
First-Aid for the Salon
Working with special-needs pets like puppies and geriatric pets
Advanced clipper work and salon styling
Corrective grooming techniques
Salon Haircuts according to breeds standards
Safety in the salon

*There will be a written and Practical Exam at the end of the training. The Practical exam will test how proficient a student is in completing a full grooming session (including a full haircut) on a dog within the time given.
